My husband and I feel very fortunate to have met Karen when we did this past May. We had had our house listed for over 4 months with little or no activity, while we sat and watched the market steadily decline and the price of our house plummet. We recently purchased a residence from a friend and because of the circumstances were put in a position where our home had to be sold quickly in a very unkind sellers market.
