My husband and I feel very fortunate to have met Karen when we did this past May. We had had our house listed for over 4 months with little or no activity, while we sat and watched the market steadily decline and the price of our house plummet. We needed to do something different and quickly. Enter Karen – She was recommended to me by a past client and we couldn’t have been happier! Karen set a realistic price, proposed an aggressive marketing strategy and made recommendations re: staging. All of which led to more action within the first week then we had the previous 4 months. We recently purchased a residence from a friend and because of the circumstances were put in a position where our home had to be sold quickly in a very unkind sellers market.
