My husband and I feel very fortunate to have met Karen when we did this past May. We had had our house listed for over 4 months with little or no activity, while we sat and watched the market steadily decline and the price of our house plummet. We needed to do something different and quickly. Enter Karen – She was recommended to me by a past client and we couldn’t have been happier!
