    "My husband and I feel very fortunate to have met Karen when we did this past May. We had had our house listed for over 4 months with little or no activity, while we sat and watched the market steadily decline and the price of our house plummet. We needed to do something different and quickly. Enter Karen – She was recommended to me by a past client and we couldn’t have been happier! Karen set a realistic price, proposed an aggressive marketing strategy and made recommendations re: staging. All of which led to more action within the first week then we had the previous 4 months. Numerous viewings with multiple offers to follow. Did we get what we wanted when we first listed, no, the market was not there…. but we were very close to the price the Karen recommended and the house sold within 30 days with a quick possession date and limited conditions.
